My introduction to clay (1978) began with a hand building class where I made two boxes and the  " pinch pot". I traded the pinch pot for a pair of socks. Who knew what fortunes lay ahead.

In 1995 " Wild Rice Pottery" began with the support of Norma, encouraged by Betsy and Ed Goodstein of Grand Pre Pottery. Each year clay gets mixed, glazes stirred, pots get fired up to 1260 C/2300 F in a down draft reduction kiln.
